There’s no force as strong as a mom on a mission. After learning of her son Ryker’s diagnosis of #PompeDisease, Melanie McKay got to work. She founded Ryker's Foundation for Pompe Disease to advocate for babies born with infantile-onset Pompe Disease, used her voice to encourage states to add the condition to their newborn screening panel, and so much more.
